This is a NV4500 bearing, seal, shim, speed bearing, ring kit, 4th gear drive plate, and a 22 tooth input shaft for GM applications 1992 and Later. (If you are unsure of your application, remove the input and count the drive teeth, or call us TOLL FREE 877-614-4327)
